This Week, Matt Trabold (13 WHAM Sports) joins host Bill Pucko and regular panelists Mike Catalana (13 WHAM Sports) and Pat Duffy (WCMF Breakroom). Matt is making his second appearance on the show, and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, especially about College Basketball.
That is where we begin this week… talking the big New York State showdown between Syracuse and Buffalo. Matt couldn’t wait to talk about it…
We’re talking Buffalo Bills next – and the huge game in New England. It’s not huge in the sense that the Bills are going anywhere this year. But the game does represent a measuring stick for how the Bills are looking – Does Josh Allen hold up well against the Pats and Belichick. Does Sean McDermott’s abilities to get the most out of his players translate to a big win on the road against Tom Brady? Will the Bills who played the Vikings show up? Or the Bills who played the Packers? The Bills signed Matt Barkley to a 2-year deal? What is going on….
Like it or Not continues the NFL talk, focused on the surprise teams of the season, in Chicago and LA…
And just enough time for a quick comment on Duke from Matt Trabold…
Pat kicks off Unfinished Business with some Sabres talk… and the evolving nature of Pat Duffy. He’s not the “I’m here for the fights and beer” hockey-guy anymore. Well, at least not the fights part…
Matt is up next, and Matt has some choice words for LaMelo and Lavar Ball. Now, as you know, LaMelo and his brother played for a professional team in Europe last year. And Lavar was there – with Big Baller Brand. And a “Facebook Watch” camera crew. Now, LaMelo is back on a high school team. And looking at colleges for next year. Matt says “Hold up”. The NCAA doesn’t let “professionals” play college sports. Cut and dry, no?
Mike Catalana is ready to talk baseball! Or more specifically, the $500,000 bonus paid to CC Sabathia by the New York Yankees.
