Now, here’s your behind the scenes look at the production, from the producer and the shows many contributors. It’s week 4 of the season, and the action is heating up…
We start this week with a look at the McQuaid Invitational Cross Country event. It’s the 55th annual McQuaid Invite, and not only is the race one of the largest in the country, it’s also one of the most anticipated events on the high school sports calendar.

13 WHAM’s Matt Trabold joins us for the Dunkin High School Notebook. Matt and Dave Yates talk Section V Football, and the impressive starts from Uprep and Wilson Magnet.

The Section V Spotlight is up next, highlighting some of the accomplishments of Section V athletes, teams and coaches.
Our top story of the week takes us to Spencerport, where the Boys Soccer team reeled off a streak of 7 straight wins after an opening season loss. Part of the turnaround, is first-year Coach Jody Wyant -who coached under Jamie Schneider as part of the very successful Girls soccer program at Spencerport.
