This Week, Bill Pucko is back from vacation, with panelists Mike Catalana (13 WHAM Sports) and Pat Duffy (WCMF Breakroom). Our 4th chair guest is the incomparable Bob Bleier – an Aquinas Alumni, University of Richmond standout QB, and one-time member of the New England Patriots. Bob is always a lot of fun, as you may recall from his last appearance in November.
We kick off the show talking about the National Title game between Clemson and Alabama. Bill’s wondering if we, as a viewing nation, are getting tired of the same match-up? I guess he hasn’t heard of ‘Rivalry Week’…
Next, we look at the off-season plans for the Buffalo Bills… What do the Bills need to do? Much has been said about the cap space Buffalo has, could this be the time to get a big-name free agent?
Spoiler Alert – no one made the kick.
Next, we look at Mike’s team – the Eagles. Last time Philly played New Orleans, it got ugly. But now, the savior known as Nick Foles is playing – different story, right?
Pat has some Unfinished Business with the NHL’s All-Star selection process… How did the Sabres‘ Jeff Skinner not make the cut? Why is one of this season’s greatest scorers reduced to being “last man in”?
Bob is up next, and he wants to talk about the NCAA rules, and how they are different for football and basketball (3-and-done versus 1-and-done)… That’s what Bob wanted to talk about… I’m still not entirely sure what he did talk about though. Enjoy!
Mike Catalana isn’t a fan of the latest trend in the NFL – you know, the one where every team is trying to find the next “Sean McVay”… maybe just find someone with some experience, at you know… coaching.
That’s the show for this week. Thanks to Bob for being on with us, and we hope to have him back soon.
