2025 NASCAR Preview: Week 15 – Michigan

High speeds in the Irish Hills of Michigan!

We’re back to Sunday afternoon racing, and we’ve got two miles of FAST speeds today. I mean, they’re all fast, but things seem a little faster at Michigan. We’re talking sustained 200+ and LOW speeds of 187 on a lap. Crazy fast.

Here’s what to look for:

-Another week, another Pole for Chase Briscoe! He’s knocked down three straight on Saturday, but hasn’t been able to make the transfer to Sunday. Is today the day?

Tyler Reddick was our winner here last year, looking to go back-to-back since Harvick did back in 2020. Last year’s victory is part of the reason that Toyota is the favored manufacturer to win today’s race.

Kyle Busch has more points here than any other active driver. He’ll be driving a Chevy, +140 odds for one of their drivers to win today. Rowdy would LOVE to get a Win here today, and last did so in 2011. He’ll launch from the 2nd spot.

Brad Keselowski is one of the Michigan-born drivers looking to do what no other Michigan-born driver has done before: win at Michigan! Good news for the K-Man: he’s got the second most points of any active driver here over the last ten races. Ford, Keselowski’s manufacturer, has far more Wins here than another other manufacturer.

-The other driver that had a lot of eyes on him after a dustup with Ricky Stenhouse at Nashville is Carson Hocevar. And, if you didn’t realize, he’s also a Michigan-born driver. He finished 2nd at Nashville last week and came up just short; could today be his first career Cup Win?
